I've only been for pick up a few times, but their Detroit style pizza is very tasty, but leans on the greasy side. The regular wood style pizza is good but very Italian style and thin so toppings tend to take over but still good. We look forward to dining in one of these days and trying some new bites.

This is a very local place, I've been here several times over the years. The outdoor deck is quite nice for a beer and pizza. I've tried most of the pizza's, and most are good, but 8mile is the best. On tap they rotate several microbrews, at least two lagers, one sour, one wheat, and often two IPAs, so there is always something good. The other menu items are fine, but nothing special. Nothing on the menu is inexpensive, but the prices are typical for the neighborhood.

Have you ever wondered what the food tastes like in heaven? Well, look no further. If you tried to build the food equivalent of a fantasy league, it would be everything on this menu. So delicious. Their Detroit style pizza is the closest thing. I have found anywhere in DC to a true deep dish pizza. It just blows my mind. They have so many interesting and quirky items on the menu. Well worth a visit, followed by many return visits.

Both the Detroit-style and brick oven pizza are phenomenal! Having Red Velvet onsite for dessert is a nice treat, but selection is sometimes picked over. Service is always excellent and friendly!

Came here for the @dc_pizzatour as it's highly recommended, but a little out of my way. Was satisfied with the decor here. A very cute monster theme that's colorful and omnipresent made for a cute and comfortable experience. Seems like a great neighborhood family restaurant that's kid-friendly. Ordered a Detroit deep dish and a regular pizza. A few cocktails to go with it, and bakery cupcakes that were conveniently sold in the same establishment. The deep dish pizza was deliciously cheesy, but controversial. Why? Because the crust was quite thin and the toppings were layered between cheese (at least in the one we got) so it almost felt like a cheesy lasagna-pizza. Delicious, though! Overall very satisfied with all the pies ordered for our #dcpizzatour. It was a birthday event, and so as soon as we ordered, I went and reserved a few cupcakes for our birthday boy. I was pleased with the number of options to choose from, and picked a number of his favorite peanut butter chocolates flavored cakes, along with a birthday cupcake. By the time we were ready for the cakes, it was late and we were told the cakes were on the house! We sang and blew out a candle and it was perfect :) definitely not an experience we could have at just any pizza joint. Would definitely come back for their crispy lasagna pizza

There are only so many restaurants that my entire family adores, and Little Beast is one of them. I wish I could comment on more of the menu but truthfully, the first two Detroit style pizzas we tried (classic cheese and the Red Wing) were so tasty that we keep ordering the same thing! It's a delicious balance of crispy crust over dense, cheesy, saucy goodness. The fresh squeezed juices have creative flavors like blood orange and sides like street corn are made more interesting with a topping of hot Cheetos. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with good patio dining space -- great for both avoiding COVID and feeling a little less bad about your messy children. The service has always been friendly and decently fast, barring the busiest weekend dinner crowds. The location is a great spot nearby many other beloved local stores and restaurants, and parking is pretty easy in the neighborhood.

This is some of the best pizza in the area. The only caveat is you have to eat it fresh, it's a bit too oily when it cools down. The Gordie sticks also amazing with the vodka sauces. Our waiter was nice and the restaurant is really laid back. I'd come back again when I'm in the area.
